I had placed a return request on amazon for order#[protected]. It was scheduled to be picked up on 14-mar-2018. Pickup tracking id is [protected]. Bluedart courier executive picked up the wrong order ie my jabong order that was kept at my pg's reception. The jabong order picked up was under the original jabong packaging. Still it was picked up bluedart courier who was suppposed to pick up amazon return order. Was the package itself not an indication that it is a jabong order and not an amazon order? Please note that i was not available at the time of pickup since i was at my office. So i had kept both, the amazon and jabong return parcels together under their original packaging at my pg's reception. When i tracked the blue dart courier via the waybill number printed on reverse pickup slip i found that the picked up item has been shipped to amazon. When i talked to amazon customer care and informed them about the issue they told that since it has been shipped back to the seller, there is no way i can get my jabong order back. They told they will refund me the amazon order cost, but there is no possibility of getting my jabong order back. Please note that my jabong courier that incorrectly got picked up consisted of a women top where as the expected pick up for amazon order was a catwalk sandal. My question is, being such a reputed online store worldwide, don't amazon or the seller (Catwalk) perform a basic quality check at their end the moment they receive any return order? How could they accept any return without doing a basic quality check whether they received the right item?
Please note that i do have the reverse pickup slip of bluedart with me that i can share with amazon team once they acknowledge my issue and ask for the same. Kindly help me in getting my jabong order back as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
