Amazon India — inequality in treating customers who do pay on delivery | |||||
Hi, I have placed an order with pay on delivery option on 26th september 2018. I was informed that the package asus motherboard will be delivered on october 1st 2018. But when the delivery man came he lied to my mother that our card was not working and he didnt give the delivery. When i asked him over the phone he promised he will deliver it by october 2nd 2018. But when i contacted him on that date he didnt respond me well and he said he will deliver the package. I requested amazon thrice but they also refused to help me since it was a holiday. Today october 3rd i waited for the package but the it wasnt delivered. I again contacted the team and they replied in mail that they will take necessary action. Because of this as a consumer i was frustrated and i expect justice to be provided for that. Was this information helpful? | |||||
