The order that I placed on 12-Jul-2022 (Order#[protected] was delivered to us on time. But, the dress had a size issue, so we placed a return request on it.
But nobody has come home yet to pick it up. While checking the return status it shows that the Return pick-up got cancelled since the price tag was missing.
But if the delivery guy has not come home yet! How can the person even check if the price tag was missing!?
I have the order invoice, the return status details and also the item along with its price tag and courier cover to this email.
