I have ordered fitrist pulzz band which was delivered to me on 24th nov 2017. Initially it was working fine but just after 2 weeks i was shocked to see that the device's touch is not functioning at all. I thought that the battery has been discharged and tried to charge it many times but still no touch button working. This is very bad and i am feeling like being cheated.
where is the 6 months warranty...?
It is requested to either refund my money or replace the device at the earliest. amazon is a well known brand that's why i have choosen it to order electronic device.
