Amazon India — Iqoo z7 pro and Honor x 9b 5g

I have ordered Iqooz7 pro mobile through amazon, but it is not delivered.
Amazon Delivery agent does not contact to me. My order directly agent sent back to seller. Really, I am waiting for that product. Am contacting amazon customer service but no response on that side.
