I ordered sarees from amazon on 25th october, 2018. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd november, 2018. But the product was not delivered. When i contacted amazon, they said shipment was late and asked me wait till 6th november, 2018. And i waited till 6th. Then there was no update. So i contacted again then they requested me order again but the sarees were unavailable in the website to order. So they instructed me to wait until 12th november, 2018 so they will get another package of the same sarees, as the previous was lost. Today they cancelled my order without my approval and formal intimation. And they mentioned in the tracking details like i refused to collect the parcel. This is completely stupid. And i need immediate solution for this. I am frustrated after waiting for a long time.
I want amazon to provide contact details of the seller and amazon should initiate my order again by themselves and want to deliver my product immediately. Was this information helpful? |
