Amazon India — Item not delivered and returned | |||||
I have placed an order for shoes Order#[protected] on 22/08/2016. Item was despatched by Amazon Transport services (ATS). Earlier ATS had no problem in locating my address. But for this order they are unable to find the address, so they have returned the item which was urgently required by me. There was no call from ATS to locate the address. Communication was through SMS and email. Contacted helpline 3 times, always polite reply that problem will be resolved the next day but not resolved Was this information helpful? | |||||
