I ordered jbl c100 si earphones from amazon on 9october which were supposed to be delivered on 10oct. The parcel was not delivered and yet it was updated to delivered. Amazon refuses to deliver the item, process a refund or give me further information. I called them 4-5 times and no solution was provided.
