I would like to explain you the whole situation at a glance and i hope this mail reaches someone who would be able to sort out things.

So from the first instance i was willing to buy a gift for my wife for her birthday which is today and i was referred to buy that from amazon by a friend of mine.
As i wasn't aware of shopping from amazon he helped me out and informed me that i would receive the package by 10th of june. I was awaiting delivery and did not receive any calls from you so expected a delay in delivery and wasn't worried about that because i had no issues as there was still time for her birthday, after getting back from work was surprised to see that there was a mail sent to me saying that the product is delivered. I didn't knew what to do so i called my friend and informed me not to worry and asked to contact the customer service and helped me out. I did the same thing reverted back to the email sent to me and i got a reply from an agent named geetika at 12:55 am on 11/06/17 saying that sometimes the carrier will accidentally scan a package as delivered when it's still on its way. So when these happens the package is usually delivered within the next few days and she requested me to wait till 12 th of june as you guys need to investigate this issue and if the investigation team isn't able to figure out the package by 12th she promised me for a replacement which means you guys would send a new product again i was relaxed with her mail and was disappointed as well that there might be a delay gifting that to my wife even then i was just hoping for something good to happen. I went ahead and replied to the same mail and got a reply from mr. Ayush asking me to wait for 24 hours and i did that too and when gave a call to you guys on 11th there was a person from the escalations desk named manikanth and he was so good to me but he asked me to wait till 14th of june and i explained him the whole scenario and asked him to check my mails for the written confirmation i had from that particular agent and he checked that and informed me that as you have a written confirmation we would​ keep up our word but asked me to wait till 12 june end of the day as mentioned in the mail and informed me that he would follow up with me regarding the same and promised a call back as well.
I did not receive any calls from that person and when i gave a call there was person who answered my call and informed me that there is a specialist team which deals with this and transferred my call to another department and that's when i literally lost trust in you guys as i got connected to a person from that team named bhargavi.
She did not have a valid answer for any of my questions and she sounded so rude and she asked me to wait till 14th june only after that they would be able to take any actions and today i received a mail from some person and he is asking me to wait for 3-5 business days... The time is just being extended day by day and am feeling cheated but at this point i really needed someone who could see the situation from my perspective as well.
My friend informed me that amazon customer service is the best he experienced as far and this is what am experiencing now. As it's over the day has come and it was a surprise for my wife and now everything is ruined.
I spent all my savings with you guys and now am cornered. Now there is nothing that can be done to make this day better but need to borrow money from someone for buying her the same because i don't have enough money.
I wanted two things to be clarified.
Don't you guys value the words which you given in written and why don't you cancel this and refund money and then do whatever investigation you guys have to do. Why am i being penalised here??
How long do i have to wait.???
