Amazon India — Lenovo vibe s1 delivery issue

I ordered lenovo vibe s1 on 3rd april 2016 (Sunday) after 6:00 pm from amazon india. I opted for one day delivery option for (Delivery charges 100) because i was not having a properly working phone due to which i was facing many problem. For one day delivery option they provided a claim of delivery till 05th april 2016 (Tuesday) and i got my product on tuesday at 1:00 pm. While doing the payment for the order their card swiping machine did not work till half an hour due to which i got late for work. After using product for few days i found few problems in the phone, its camera got hang while i received few notifications and did not start till i restart the phone, wallpaper got changed automatically and then the heating issue, after closing all vibration effects still the vibration for notifications were there in the phone, due to these issues i opted replacement policy for the product. On 11th april 2016 they picked up the product in the morning at 11 o clock. I opted fasted pick up option because i wanted a good working phone as fast as possible and i returned the defective phone as early as possible but today its been 3 days i am here without a working phone, i am using my friends phone to communicate to my parents who are far from me, i cannot do i daily chores without a handset. After 48 hrs of pickup i called consumer care of the amazon website, they told me that the product will get delivered on or before 16th which is 6 exact days from the day of pick up of the defective piece. I requested the consumer care associate that please do something to make it happen on at least on third day, that is today 13 april 2016, now its been 3 days i am without a phone. He told me that he can do whatever is in his hands and asked the courier services to deliver me asap. But it did not happen. I called the consumer center again today in the afternoon but they did not complete the call and disconnected the call by keeping me on hold for more than 3 minutes. This is ridiculous service i have ever faced. I paid extra 100 rs for a defective piece which i anyway got after 24 hours and then being a girl i am sitting without a phone for three days now and not sure for how many days more. If anything happen to me while in these days its on amazon. My mental stability has gone due to amazon service. Highly frustated.
