I bought the phone from amazon. I was not satisfied with the performance as it heated very fast and camera was not upto the mark. I requested for refund but now the amazon customer service executive says i can't get refund because policy has changed. But the product display page doesn't show till now any change in policy that this product is not returnable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
