Further I have received a call from mobile number [protected] at 03:06 pm (just few minutes back) in both mobile number [protected] and [protected] saying that they had send a repaired TV and asking my ATM card number and pin saying that he is from Amazon. Please look in to the matter. We suspected someone from your company may involved in it.

On 24.08.2016 in the late evening on person contact number [protected] came for pick up. But he apologized that he was unaware about the that it is a TV which requires carrier van. So he assure us to pick up the very next day.

From dated 25.08.2016 we regularly follow up in contact number [protected] from mobile number [protected]. Though they regularly told us that they will pick up shortly. The same is yet to be done. I have contacted 3 time from [protected] to your customer services, they also assured me that same will be done within 24 hrs.
