I placed an order on 18th July 2022 for a OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G (Bahamas Blue, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage) on Amazon India sold by drashita electronics (ORDER #[protected]. The product reached the nearest hub on 21st July and this was a promised date as well to deliver the product and after 21st July they are continuously postponed by one day.On the 24th I received a message stating Amazon has initiated the refund and when I contacted the delivery agent he said that the seller has canceled the order.No instructions were given nor was delivery attempted. On contacting amazon customer service they were of no help and had no answer to when I asked why my order was canceled and who gave permission for the same!? I was told that I would be given a refund. I don’t want a refund, I want my goods for which I paid in full. This means I have been cheated and robbed of the opportunity of getting the best price on a certain product. How is this legal ? Why do they offer such deals and exchange offers on the site if they can’t back it up? Because I spent my money on this purchase and lost 4 days, This is completely unfair and illegal to cancel my order with a valid reason or my permission. This was not expected from a reputable company like Amazon.
Unprofessional behaviour by customer service they disconnect my call (like Jayswal S, mohammad sayeed etc).
I have requested one of my friends (Prime Member) to order on my behalf. Now I can see the same things happening to this order too, already missing the delivery date. (Order#[protected]. The most interesting thing is that the seller and my location are the same i.e Pune. Looking forward to a positive response. Was this information helpful? |
