Amazon India — lost product or cheating | |||
The product i ordered have failed to reach me and it says it is lost. I ordered it on 29th november and it hasn't reached me yet. Its been a month and i paid for this delivery. I require an urgent refund of my money. I contacted their costumer care and they have not given me a positive response. And the application is bugged, as i try to cancel the order and get my money back its just showing return option. How can i return a product that hasn't even reached yet. This is so bad from amazon as they cant even full fill costumer satisfaction. I need my money atleast or i need something i return. I think this is a cheating case. I searched the delivery company and it is never rated good and it is supplied by amazon . Now amazon is selling fake products more often. I even got a fake suppliment on my last order. I need a refund asap. I will never order from amazon again.. I have been a happy customer for so long and now you guys made me feel terrible. Was this information helpful? | |||
