I ordered a smart tv from amazon and got it delivered on the 20th jan and to my surprise the product screen was broken. I called and spoke to amazon india call center people who were extremely rude 👿. I then sent an email to jeff and someone from the executive desk called me and assured they she has returned and replace my tv will get my replaced product guaranteed delivered by the 23rd jan. However to my surprise i saw that the product will be delivered on the 24th jan and no one informed it to me. I work and i cannot skip one of my work because of amazon failure. I work from 11am till 9 pm and i am unable to receive product on thursday. I was promised the date of 23rd jan. The amount of mental stress that i have gone through is insane. A company that talks about being the most customer centric in the world is mentally and emotionally harassing customers. This has not happened with me for the first time with amazon. There has been multiple instances in the past where i amazon has created a mess for me. I have been a very long time amazon customer and spent lot of money on amazon. The kind of treatment that the call center people offer to the customer is insane. Amazon treats their customer as animals. Amazon has disrespected me and hurted me mentally. I have been given a sick treatment. Last time when amazon made a mess they assured me that it won't happen again. This has happened again. I think i must contact the consumer court and i must file a case. Please assist me to get my product any how on the23rd jan and i also demand a good amount if compensation because of the mental stress i have gone through. So far no help is being offered. I demand my product to be delivered on the 23rd jan and i also demand very good compensation because of the mental, physical and emotional stress i have been going through as i am writing this email. Very very very very very disappointed and mentally stressed. 🤢😢😢😢😢

I received a call from you executives desk and the person whom I spoke to wasn't helping me through. The man has all the excuses in the world. But he never tried to help me. I was never informed of delivery date change. As I already informed that I have work boundations I cannot take a work off on Thursday. The man on the phone hangged up on me with giving proper resolution. It was Amazon job to inform me of delivery date being changed. It has really been a very sorry state of affair that an organization who claims to be the earths most customer centric company is disconnecting the call on customer face. I have been talking to you guys since two days and my throat is damaged. I seriously consider filing a case against Amazon India. As I have informed that your people from the executive desk assured me that I will receiblvey stuff by Wednesday, if the date is changed due to any operational issue why would I care. I have paid money to you. I expect timely deliver. Why would I skip one day of my work because of your operational failure. As told in the earlier emails I cannot skip my work on Thursday. You must live up to your words. I have no doubt in saying that your service is pathetic. Your treat your customers as of they are animals. When you take money from your customers you consider the customer as God when it comes to service the customer becomes a dog. As I have already informed to you that this is not the first time Amazon has created mess. This is the third time in the row. I was promised last time that I will never face issues on the future, yet it happened. Every customer deserves respect. However, the man who called today was sounding like a robot as if he was reading a script. Jeff you are the richest man on the planet, may I ask you to answer why did this happened third time in a row. Your people are offering me a compensation of 250 INR as if I am a bigger. It really hurts when a long time customer has to face problems because of your operational failure. Jeff remember you being the richest man but you are not God. Time changes and it will change for you as well. I was expecting that the stuff will be sent to me by the promised date and I have recorded that call as well. But it seems you and amit agarwal have sold your souls against money. What if I spit on your face jeff and amit and say sorry. Will sorry cover up for that? You and your employees are shameless creatures. All you want is money, but you don't want to provide service to the customer. I have damaged my throat explaining things to your employees. Nobody wants to listen. They all have similar answers. No one wants to think out of the box to help an affected customer. You take money in one minute but takes your inefficient staff ages to sort out issues.

Jeff and amit you both have became blind after you got money. I curse you both die badly. No one absolutely no one in your company wants to take time and think going extra miles to assist the customer. All you need is money.

I am highly disappointed by the service which is being given to me in the last one year.
