Respected sir/ madam,
In regards to my order no. #[protected] at amazon.in
I ordered this order on 18th apr'17 & it delivered to me on 22nd apr'17.
However, i raised the complaint to amazon.in on 04th june 17 that the headset is not working now right ear got stopped and & they assured me that it will be solved by their side but i didnt got resolution they asked me to wait 48 hours which was wrong commitement by them.
Next i have called today 06th june 17 for the status of my complaint they said you need to visit service center i said that earlier its was told that it will get picked up by your side which was wrong commitement and they are least bothered about customer service they just arguing with me instead of providing solution to me now i am in a situation i cant do anything.
I need my replacement and i dont want to visit the service center.
Please check and do the needful
I was thinking that amazon is the best shopping site where we can rely on customer satisfaction. But it came out to be the worst shopping experience for me again.
So here i request you to please look into the matter & help me to get my order soon..
