I ordered an MI TV on 18th October 2020. It was delivered on Sunday 20th October. The installation visit was scheduled for Tuesday 22nd. when he installed the TV, he reported that the TV is not working, and your technician said that the TV is faulty. Then the Amazon customer care told us that the TV will be picked up within the next 48 hours, and replacement TV will be delivered on 26th October.
Everyday since 24th October, I have been calling Amazon, but the Faulty TV is still NOT picked up.
I am so DISAPPOINTED at this really callous, unpardonable service from Amazon. I have paid full amount and the service is terrible.
Please redress my grievance at your earliest. I am shocked to think that a reputed company like yours is giving me so much trouble. Was this information helpful? |
