I recently ordered a Sennheiser microphone MKE 400 mobile kit through Amazon and the main component, microphone was missing from the delivered package. I raised a complaint with Amazon and they initiated an investigation about the same. However, as I called them to check about the status, I was told that the investigation has been closed and I won’t be getting a refund/replacement.
I would like to know on what basis the investigation has been closed and how did you reach to the conclusion that I received the correct order. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for the longest time and I have never faced this issue before. I have checked out the retailer, Cocoblu on Google and they have been accused of fraud by multiple other customers who bought through Amazon.
I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible as it’s my hard earned money that I have lost through this process.
