Amazon India — missing product from box

I am ordered aadhya creation women's silk new arrival party wear wedding collection embroidred dress and there no product available in box so i want my money back. I want my refund as soon as possible. When i am reciving box tat time i am in meeting so that time i am not concentrate in that product. After coming in home i am opened it and there is nothing in product.

I have placing order more than Rs.1500 As per Advt if you purchase more than Rs.1500 payment through Amazon Paybalance get 5% offer but it was not credited.
