Amazon India — missing product from the order and i bought it in market the missing item and no customer support is ready to solve as well

I have ordered mobile from amazon.in the mobile is present but the charger is missing and they are not ready to refund for the missing item as well, when i have got it from local market. And their customer service is so arrogant in replying and they are not ready to provide support also. See what their chat representative did below:
