One of the Worst service i have ever seen in my life by any e-commerce portal. On[protected] I ordered a 5.1 channel speaker from a Amazon seller called "Wish2Choose".
He sent me a damaged product on[protected] and i raised a product replacement on the same day and got a replacement product on[protected] which had a defective remote control (box was heavily damaged). I lost my patience and asked for a product return and refund.
Raised a refund complaint on[protected] and asked Amazon to pickup on[protected] but no one came and again i raised a return request on[protected] AM to 01 PM), no one came but they registered as pickup attempted.
Really i got irritated of this service by amazon, one of the worst service experienced. i bought the product on[protected], its been 10 days i have not experienced the benefit for even a single rupee rather its been just a pain.
I cant wait further more for Amazon to pickup the product and do their process of 7 days refund and get my money their way. I want this to be legally solved. I am posting this on all consumer forum and going to take it socially.
