Its really ashmed of the people who are working with amazon, they do not have customer services ability to handle a case.. I havw order a phone, they promised me the phone will be delivered by 5th october, somehow they sent message it is coming one day prior but then after this i havent received any update. From past 4 days i am asking for help, they only stated that the phone will be placed by eod or deleiver agent will contact you in next 2 hours. I tried to communicate with manager and they hang up on me.
I want to know why this much worst support team?
1. Why the product was attempt to delieved 1 day prior without information, and also updated you attempt to connext me which is not true and then no second attempt till now?
2. Why fake promises?
3. Do you ever think with a requestor prospective? Why and when we order the product? Dont you think requstor also consider day date time and place.
Due to application fault i was not able to place the order from prime.. And till now prime membership is promising to deliever the order in next 2 hours?.. Then why cant already placed order can be expedite???
3. Prompting to pay more 80 rs to deliver the order faster.. Why???
4. This is staright partiality between the prime memebership and normal, i have 2 accounts and looking at difference.
For your info.. Flipkart do better delivery services than you.. All orders are placed on date, before date and delay also.
I am here connecting with you 3 times in day and still no resolution.
Worst management is disconnected call in my face.
Worst experience, my money arr stuck, my scheduel has been disturbed.
Suggest never shop expensive things from amazon
