Amazon India — Mobile phone ordered was not delivered and giving lame excuses-later cancelled without consent | |||||
I am very surprised at the service from amazon. i was ordered a moto g plus 4th gen black 32 gb phone vide order no.[protected] on 27th oct-2016 and delivery was estimated on 3rd nov. 2016 but my happiness vanished with the service of amazon. they didn't make sincere efforts to deliver my product and canceled it without my consent. despite their fault of canceling my order they are not ready to provide me the phone. without getting my consent they proceed to refund the paid amount, during my conversation with amazon customer care i asked them to provide me the mobile phone and not refund the amount. the worst part is they are not even ready to lodge a complaint for my grievance and now after the price is increased they want me to order again at the current price, despite the fault from their end. they come up with lame excuses that the product might have been damaged in transit etc.. very disappointed with the company of such repute with this cheap service. hope they realize the mistake and provide a solution. I placed an order on Amazon.com for a IPhone 6plus adaptor. I never received the item nor does it show up on my recent orders but I was billed $16.06 on a credit card for the item.
