Hello sir,
I had ordered a moto g play, 4th gen (Black) with free power bank on 1st october and selected paid delivery so as to receive it in 1 day. I did avail for the paid delivery option as i would be travelling on wednesday evening to meet my parents and this was gift for my father. I did receive the phone on same day (2nd october evening) but the power bank was missing.
So immediately i called customer care and asked for the free power bank. Representative name prachi attended and she confirmed that the package will be picked from my billing address (My office address) as in day time i am in office (As i had requested her). But i got a message that my order will be picked up from the shipping address (My home address).
I again called the customer care and then another representative by name vikram confirmed that package will be pickup in evening from by shipping address and a new will be delivered to me by wednesday. He had also sent a mail for that to me.
But till evening i didn't receive any message and so i called the customer care again. I spoke to azar who later transferred the call to vidya from the escallation department (As told by her). She said that the package can only be picked up tomorrow (Tuesday 4/10/16) but she can't assure that the package will be redelivered to me by wednesday or even by thursday.
Now i feel to be cheated and frustrated. I had bought this product from my father as a gift for the festive season. Now i need to keep this package without the power bank, which in fact is cheating. It is such a shame on my side that i trusted on your reputed customer care representatives.
So please can you look into it. It will be really nice. I saw a lot about you in the net and keeping faith on you.
