I have purchased a phone 'moto - g5 s plus' worth rs. 14999 from amazon online site on 14 jan 2018.
The product is under warranty and its battery is draining and become worst now.
When we reached out to the motorola service center, they asked us the invoice where phone's imei number is printed. While, the invoice shared to me by seller no-where had the imei number on invoice. I had the imei number of phone, printed on phone's box, but they denied any service unless they get the invoice where imei is mentioned.
I called amazon customer service on 14 may 2018 and asked them to get in touch with seller and send me the invoice where imei number is printed.
They emailed that the issue will be resolved in 5-6 buisness days.
Till now, they have just kept me waiting and delaying the process as much they can, saying that they are not getting the response from seller and following with him.
If they are dealing with any seller, it's solely their responsibility to get the work done by seller in timely manner.
I have been following with them continuously, i can attach the whole conversations so far in the pdf document, but the option only takes one image, so attaching the latest communication received from today, where they are saying to wait more.
All i want is the replacement of the device, if they are not able to mere print the imei on invoice.
I am really dissatisfied with the service and want the resolution asap. I also communicationed that i am going to escalate the matter to consumer forum, but that also they took very lightly.
Please take strict action against them!!
