I ordered a Motorola G plus 4 phone from the Amazon website on 14th august, 2016 (ORDER #[protected] and received a phone which was scratched on the sides. The seller was Amiable Electronics Private Limited.
I put forward a complaint to the customer care and they offered me a replacement for it.
The replacement that I received was again defective with similar scratches on its side. So, this time the customer care told me to apply for a refund and buy the product from a different seller on the amazon website.
So, I ordered for a refund of my amount and and again ordered the phone for the 3rd time from a different seller Apptronics Retail suggested by the customer care team of amazon (ORDER #[protected]. The date of the order being 26th August, 2016. This time as well I received a phone that was exactly similar to the previous one with scratches on its top and side as if it was a used phone. But due to being a victim of the tedious refund/replacement option I could not complain about it that very day. I accepted my fate and went on using the phone.
But 16 days later I realised that it was not right on part of such a big company like amazon to not be able to resolve such an issue even on the 3rd attempt.
So, I called the customer care again and they told that since I have crossed their window of 10 day replacement policy they are no longer liable at their end even if its the third time that they sent me the same defective product.
I dont want a refund. All I want them is to send me a brand new phone with no delay on their part so that i receive what I actually paid for.
