I hv been online consumer of amazon product since long but these days, i'm really facing problem with
— false assurance by customer care
— misbehavior by delivery boy
If you go back to history of order # [#][protected], (Order placed on 13th oct but not yet delivered) continuously, i'm in touch of customer care to follow up these product. Apart of that i made a complain for delivery boy but still no action has been taken, it was assured that issue will be solved within 24 hours but even after 9 days, no reply has been received..!!!
Thereafter, i am pointing out behavioral action of
1) customer care, who do not takes any initiative to customer complain but always act in "parrot fashion"
2) transport/ courier service, who works as they want but no co-ordination with customer care/ customer.
3) delivery boy :- obviously not all, but yes let me mention mobile # two delivery boys (Here who really misbehaved with customer, — courier boy with contact # [protected], (He misbehaved with my mom & did not delivered good after punching delivery. On 19th oct
2) courier boy with contact # [protected], (He did not even reached to deliver place saying false statement & abusive language that phone was not reachable since last 2 days (26th oct to 28th oct). Why only his phone was not reachable to the destination while all other packets from aamzon has been delivered on 26th / 27th & 28th oct.??? (Please check record at your end too).
Sorry to say, i had a good trust for amazon but i feel amazon can not carry it anymore
However, last 15 days of harassment by customer care and misbehavior by delivery boys (On this particulate order) made me to understand that shopping on amazon is simply waste of time / money and it can bring shock-able news to my family anytime
Needless to say, we can reorder the product somewhere else too but can not buy time / family.
