Amazon India — my amount is not refunded almost completed 15 days

My amazon customer said i gave your amount since 2 octomber but till now didnt received

They gave one reference number 654288

Amazon told me this issue your bank issue and sbi bank told me this issue please conatact to amazon customer

How can i do that amazon also not perfect gave my answers and bank also not prefect answering so please help me now
