Amazon India — my courier reached in my local city before four day but till now not delivered

Before four days my courier reached in my City ghaziabad but till now they not delivered and and they daily given updates on tracking details it delayed due to customer request but truth is no courier man call me for delivery and I honestly don't know about delayed reason but they again and again update false
