Amazon India — My product has not received yet. but in shipment tracking shows the product is already delivered by 10 october 2016 at 10.40pm

On 5th Oct 16 I have booked 1 mobile phone of Asus Zenfone 2 . I checked tracking shipment it shows will be deliverd by 10th Oct 16. On 10th oct16 around 10.40 pm I received a msg from Amazon website your shipment has been deliverd to in the name of Mr. A. John sundaram. The problem is we still have not received any type of packet from your agent but it mentioned in your tracking details it's already deliverd to Mr.john sundaram. No one had not contact me relating to the packet.How could be it possible. Pls make a complaint and take necessary action of this issue. This is a first time I received a this type of problem faced by you. In future I can be fear to make shop on your website. In the below complaint I mentioned all the details of order number tracking shipment number for your necessary action.pls do the needful as soon as possible. And I want my mobile by today itself.
