Amazon India — my product is missing

I received the order on 03rd of the october a day after the order was placed, to my surprise the box was empty with no product inside the box. The complaint was raised on the same day 03rd of the october. Order number[protected] | 02- oct - 2018 | amount - 25, 599/- | prepaid
Delivery address - robin. T -23, baba farid puri west, patel nagar, new delhi, delhi - 110008. But no one can solve my problem because of this i am in heavy loss.
