I purchase two ear phones of skullcandy it stopped functioning with in a month warranty was 1year. I contacted the customer care they said return window is over and i shud contact brand, they gave me number and mail id of skullcandy, i tried contacting them the number was incorrect and sent mail but never got a reply, so i contacted amazon again and again they gave the same answer.
When i contacted them i last time i said them i can go to nearby service center and check if they could repair it so the executive said he cant give me any address and if the manufacturer refuse i should get a letter from him.
This is such a hassel to a cm, i really loved shopping with amazon because its very cm friendly but now its really very bad i also did not get by pick and deliveries on time, very disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
