Amazon India — No continue option after selecting payment method. Missed offers. | |||||
I've uploaded a video so that you get the clear picture of what happened. here's the link:- "https://youtu.be/p1Fo7628KI4" wanted to purchase around 20 items and i spent almost a day selecting the products i want to purchase during the festival sale offer with the cash back offer of 15% using HDFC cards. When i tried to make the payment at first it got declined and after a while i got the revise payment option but there wasn't any option to continue the payment. i was stuck in the final step and when i contacted customer support they said they would send me the email top revise the payment which they didn't. i contacted them like 15 times but they failed to address my issue. when they transferred my call to the superiors they were like sorry i can't help and it's your problem. i tried using my mobile app, a different laptop, macbook but nothing worked. it was clearly a website bug because of which i missed the offer and the customer care service people were like it wasn't their problem. i would like amazon to give me the products for the offer price since it wasn't my mistake in anyway and the whole fault was on Amazon.in Was this information helpful? | |||||
