I had ordered fu-zone combo of 3 men's denim blue casual shoes, denim blue loafers and denim blue loafers shoes (Fu-sh-cmb3-bl-dbl-dblk, size: 8 uk/ind. My order #[protected]. I received the product out of which one pair of shoes in wrong size i. E.9 uk/ind.
I arranged the return of the same product and selected the 16:00 - 19:00 slot for pick up of the wrong product. Pick up tracking id:[protected].
God knows for what reason pick up person has called me early 08:00 in the morning although i had selected different slot for pick up. I call him up when i was free. He said, again he will come back in the preferred time slot.
All of a sudden, before the preferred time slot, i received the text and email that pick up of the product has been canceled. : (
What is idea behind selecting the preferred time slot if you are going to come according to your wish and if customer is unavailable (As they are supposed otherwise we would not have selected time slot), you cancel the pick up and let the customer suffer with the product they have.
