I had ordered shalin india bamboo flute bansuri, set of 2, fipple & transverse, for amateurs. Order #[protected]. This product was supposed to be delivered on 19 aug 2017 as per the text messages that i am getting. Since then till now (22 aug 2017) amazon is just refreshing the system stating they are not able to contact me and failing to deliver the product on a daily basis. I am calling customer care on a daily basis and informed to wait for 24 hrs, i should get my product. All false promises.
This is the 3rd time that i have ordered this same product. Earlier two times the order has been canceled without reaching out to me stating it has been damaged in transit. What is the use of your shipping department if they can not take care of the customer's product for consecutively two order and are failing to deliver the order as well.
The shipping department is updating the information that they are unable to contact me... How??? On what basis they are saying it??? Amazon is able to call me on the same number when i am contacting them to track the order and everybody is able to call me. Do not know from which planet shipping person is trying to call me.
Still i am not sure that am i going to get this product or not after waiting for more than a month including first two cancelled order. Was this information helpful? |
