This is regarding order of wonderchef blender combo of 2 which i bought on Jan 12, 2022. Due to some problem in functioning in one of the two products, I applied for replacement which they failed to deliver and arranged for refund on return and return pick of the product was done on Feb 3, 2022 after lot of headache.
Initially, the return pickup wasn't updated on the app and later they blocked my account accusing too many returns from the account.So I couldn't track the pickup/refund of the products. After lot many emails and calls the Amazon representative people told me that no product was picked up which later turned to wrong pickup of the order. When I asked from them to name the different product they picked, they said they can't disclose it and that they have sent to scrap.Despite calling them and emailing them repeatedly, their response remained same and eventually they stopped replying.
It's too disheartening that my heard earned is being fixed by Amazon in such a way that I've not received any proof from their end against the accuse they have put on me.
Kindly kindly kindly don't do this with people's hard earned money. I've attached the screenshot of the account where it's shown that they have received the products and initiate refund of the same but I've not received any refund yet, amount being ₹5290.
