On 04.08.22 I had ordered the book Semiconductor Physics and Devices by Neaman and Biswas (ref. Order Number[protected] on Amazon which was delivered on 10.08.22 on cash payment of Rs. 460.00. After unwrapping I found the book was second hand. Then I requested for replacement on the same day. Again another second hand book was delivered to me on replacement on 17.08.22. Then after talking with customer care staff I requested for refund (ref. Amazon return ID: D3C4ClnXRRMA, Order ID:[protected] of book with mentioning therein the A/c no. standing in the name of my wife. Then the book was collected on 18.08.22 by the Amazon agent but till date on 04.09.22 neither refund status is shown on my registered mobile no. [protected] nor money is refunded on my said A/c. Thereafter I talked with customer care service who stated that “Refund amount of Rs. 460.00 is sent to me through cheque, now he is going to request for the cancellation of the said cheque and thereafter in 10 working days my amount will be refunded in the said A/c.” When I told him that return status is not shown on my mobile then he instructed me to uninstall and reinstall the amazon app and then the return status will appear. I duly uninstalled and installed the Amazon app but again the result is same as above: no return status is shown yet.
Under the circumstances you are hereby requested to take cognizance of this matter and immediately return my money in my given A/c no. as such my faith and trust may continue. Was this information helpful? |
