Amazon India — not able to cancel this for months.!!

I have been trying to cancel all Amazon Prime billings from my debit card for at least 6 months and they are still drawing from my bank. How in the world do you get this company to cancel me. Barbara Crumpler Wichita Falls, TX my email [protected]@ntwifi.com
