Amazon India — Not able to change address once made the payment | |||||
I am not able to understand why Amazon provide 'Edit Address' button even after payment also if they are not agreeing to ship the product on another address. I called to the customer care and she told directly for cancelling the order. Then why are you proving that 'Edit Address' button even after made the payment. Or else give instruction clearly that updating address is possible only for the current locality Pathetic application of Amazon. I don't know what developer are making web application.
