Amazon India — Not deliver product and not refunding money too! | |||
Order number:[protected] Order placed: 19 oct 2016 I have order this body max product from amazon on 19oct2016 and the delivery date is between 27oct to 11nov 2016 but amazon was unable to deliver on committed date! Then i waited for 3 more days for product till 14nov2016. Than on 14nov2016 i called amazon customer care and tell them whole story than they told me to refund my money back in two day... Means i got my money back on 16nov2016. But now on 16nov&17nov when i don't get my money i again called them then they told me it will take more than a week... The amazon is not accepting there fault. They told me you i to contact with seller.. Then i told them amazon is a brand i purchase the product from amazon not from any seller so amazon is responsible... For everything. And it is aprox. One month about the order placed.. If paid in advance and amazon is not able to deliver the product to me on time it is amazon fault... So why they are now delaying to refund my money.. And their customer care executive misbehave too!
