Respected Sir/Madam,
I ordered a Slim pant from Amazon's site named Parx Men's Slim Pant whose price was 1119/- and it was delivered to me successfully. But after it delivered to me I found that it has cloth of very poor quality and that's why I decided to return it. Pickup Boy came to me and picked up the package. After 9 to 10 days I waited for the response from Amazon regarding my refund for slim pant. Amazon customer executive told me that we got a fake product instead of the original so we can't refund you the money. They gave me a mail address and told me that for further information you can mail on that address and raise your issue there. I raised my that I didn't cheated you. It was by delivery boy who picked up my return and he surely exchanged the original with duplicate but they are not understanding my words and they told me clearly that we can't refund you money back. If its not my fault then why would I have to make loss for both thing- money which u got and that poor quality product which delivery boy got.
Sir trust me I am innocent and please help me in any possible way. Thank you
