I ordered oppo f7 from amazon on 27th jul 2018 which was suppose to be delivered on 28th july. Delivery contacted us and we told them to reschedule it next day.
First thing they updated wrong status mentioning "unable to contact..
Post this on mobile application amazon displays that"you have to contact us.
I contacted amazon customer care 5-6 im few days. First 2 days, lady named kaneez told me that she can't do anything from their end and i have to wait for re-attempt delivery and told me to wait. Then again today there was no status update. I called them again and another lady told it wont be delivered today. You have to wait. I escalated to supervisor and again lady told that i have to wait till eod.
Till now no status update from amazon end for the same. As a prime customer this is so terrible behavious form amazon.
