I am writing this mail to you because I am struggling to get the refund of courier charges. I was promised to get the response in 24 hrs, its NOT at all happening. After writing repeatedly, I am NOT getting response from seller, [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in.

The received product was in very bad condition, like the old one. I was asked to return it to seller. I was told by Amazon People and seller that arrange the self pick-up. After receiving the product, courier charges will be refunded. Initially, I was NOT ready for that. But after insisting by seller and amazon people, I did it. I also informed amazon that BlueDart Courier charges of 4530/-. I was told that to go ahead with this, and submit the receipt. I was told the its under A-to-Z policy.
I was told that product cost as well as courier charges will be refunded back to me by seller. I did it. The bed was delivered back to seller on 27-Sep by Bluedart courier. The product cost is refunded to me. But, I am struggling to get the refund of courier charges. I had already talked to Amazon customer support mant times, looks like, NOT able to solve this issue. You can also look all the mail correspondence to amazon and seller.
I have sent courier receipt, tracking proof many-many times to seller as well as to [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in I am really frustrated now because of all this.
I am facing all these issues. I request you to look into this.
Even, repeatedly, in every call, Amazon customer support person told that I don't need to be worried, it will be solved, wait for 2 working days etc. But, now, I ask, when it will be solved. Is this issue being taken seriously by customer support?
Now, I request your assistance towards solving this issue OR please guide me how to go ahead.
