Amazon India — Not taking action against their fraud seller

I have purchased beard trimmer from Amazon.in of "USTRAA" company. Since trimmer has stopped working I have claimed warranty to USTRAA company, but they had refused to claim by saying that company have unauthorised seller. For this reason, I had requested Amazon more than 5 times since February-2021 and provided all necessary documents. Every time I got new time deadline to wait till.

I have attached company's refusal mail screenshot and invoice of product.

I want to request consumer protection forum to look into this matter.

I want money back from seller or replace or repair product as it is under warranty period.
