Amazon India — Not taking the Hawkins Futura Pressure Cooker back despite accepting the return product

I ordered Hawkins Futura Pressure cooker. When I opened the priduct it was damaged and broken peices of handle were kept in the cooker. I put a return request which was accepted but no one came to take the product neither they called. Then they update on as Return pickup verification failed.
