Purchased Samsung TV fhd ua43n5002ak from Amazon on line.sold by cloud India Pvt ltd on line.on request to samsung for
Installation .Samsung service order [protected]/ref no [protected]/[protected].samsung customer care again informed on phone that wall mount stand is to be provided by Amazon as TV delivered on 01/02/19 does not contain wall mount stand as stated in aforesaid order.either product has to be replaced or returned.my request to samsung and Amazon has not been resolved.they are rolling ball to each other with result that my request has been not resolved.now Amazon representing is not responding to my requests.i feel harassed and seek international for installation/ return/ replacement/refund of rs 31000 + along with demoragesof rs 500000/- for incomplete service/ product as they have disturbed me mentally and harrased me beyond any expectations and not resolving my issue despite vigorous follow up.
