Amazon India — oneplus 6 delivery issue

Today your delivery boy called me at 9:00 am and asked for my address. I gave him a brief description to reach my address but after an hour i got a call from amazon that my order delivery has been cancelled when i called your delivery boy he said "your colony is not under my area so i cannot deliver your order." i want to know if my colony is not under his delivery area so why hi picked my order. When i contacted his supervisor hi said they will deliver my order soon.

Then at 11:20am i got a call from another person (Phone no:[protected]) who told me i will receive my order in 1hour and even than my order is not delivered when i called that another person he said my order has been missed.

For your kind information my order falls in the category of "one day delivery" as per amazon. And i had to call delivery persons again and again to know about my order. Still i haven't received my order. Now your customer care are saying my order will be delivered by 9:00 pm. I want my order one plus 6 to be delivered to me as soon as possible.
