Amazon India — online order failed

Ihave made an order for annant mercury goospery fancy diary card wallet mobile on[protected]Order number not received) and an amount of rs.349 debited from my bank account. After that you informed me that due to technical reason the order failed and you advice me to revise the order with in 24 hour. The revise order successfully placed on[protected]Order number #[protected] and an amount of rs.349 again debited from my account. As per your message you promise to refund the failure order amount of rs. 349/-with in two or three days. Even after one week, the excess amount is not credited to my account. You are requested to refunt the amount at the earliest
