Amazon India — oppo a71 (gold) defective and certified by amazon but not processing refund. | |||
I purchased oppo a71 (Gold) from amazon site on 15-jan-2018, but found it defective. There are lot of performance issues and back button not working. I reported the issue to amazon customer care. Amazon sent their technical engineer to test the handset personally. On[protected] a report was provided stating that the issue is found and technical report was provided. I tried to request for refund, but amazon didn't have option to raise refund. There is only one option to contact amazon customer care. I contacted amazon customer care couple of time but amazon didn't agree for refund. Without my permission, amazon processed replacement which i didn't accept. Till date there is no further communication from amazon, kindly arrange for my refund with 12% interest and 10, 000/- as compensation for cheating the customer and wasting my time and not allowing me to purchase another mobile.
