I ordered the refrigerator on 23rd may 2016, i received the product after the estimated given time. After i received the fridge it was damage, i called amazon cc they asked me to pack the product back and send the photo and i sent it. I called amazon cc, they asked me to followup with dealer. Now i am following up with dealer every day morning they promise that it will replace it same day but there is no response from them. Dealer asked me to raise the ticket in whirpool company about the product and i did it and the whirpool company guy checked and said the product need to be replaced. I informed the same to dealer. Dealer said it will be replaced it but still it is not done. Was this information helpful? | |||||
